Connect CPA seeks a payroll professional supporting diverse Canadian businesses across industries and provinces. You will process end-to-end payroll, address complex client inquiries, and maintain compliance, accuracy, and efficiency. The position includes online payroll software, multiple pay frequencies, and technical knowledge sharing.
Key Responsibilities:- Process end-to-end payroll for multiple clients
- Submit ROE forms and complete T4 processes
- File EHT and WCB requirements across provinces
- Review CRA accounts and respond to notices
- Champion process improvements and departmental best practices
- PCP certification
- At least seven years of payroll experience
- Multi-jurisdictional payroll experience for large companies
- Advanced Canadian payroll process understanding
- Experience processing payroll across multiple provinces
