Your expertise will support both ceremonial functions and administrative tasks within the Office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage logistics for key Senate events
• Organize and facilitate high-profile meetings and visits
• Draft and edit formal communications for stakeholders
• Ensure smooth coordination with internal and external parties
• Assist in managing the Senate Page Program's activities
Requirements:
• Completion of a relevant university degree or acceptable experience
• Proven skills in organizing high-level engagements
• Bilingualism in French and English is essential
• Ability to address complex and sensitive issues tactfully
• Familiarity with parliamentary protocol would be beneficial
