In this critical role, you'll be responsible for daily administrative tasks and operational support at all business unit levels. A vital part of the position includes training new administrative assistants, ensuring adherence to best practices. Your skills in data entry and financial management will shine as you track budgets and process account payables.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to all business unit employees
• Coordinate training for new administrative assistants
• Conduct quality control of data entry activities
• Manage financial data in the enterprise resource planning system
• Prepare year-end financials and archive files
Requirements:
• College diploma in business or office administration
• Minimum of three years relevant experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting principles
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
Support your team and manage operations effectively, utilizing your administrative expertise.
