Position: Part Time Receptionist at Beacon Heights
Become a welcoming face at Beacon Heights Retirement Residence in Ottawa, Ontario, where you will serve as a part-time Receptionist. Manage visitor inquiries and coordinate messages effectively every shift.

As a part-time Receptionist, you will greet and assist visitors at our front desk, ensuring a friendly environment for everyone. This role requires managing multi-line phone systems and addressing inquiries promptly. You will maintain accurate records and assist with various clerical duties, all while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and ensure a welcoming atmosphere

• Handle incoming calls and direct them to the right departments

• Maintain accurate filing systems and perform data entry

• Resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively

• Assist with clerical duties and manage office supplies

Requirements:

• Grade 12 education or equivalent

• Proficiency in Word for Windows

• Proven public interaction experience

• Ability to maintain resident dignity and cooperation

• 1 year of reception or administrative experience preferred
