In this role, you will be the first point of contact, greeting visitors and ensuring a pleasant experience. You will manage a busy multi-line phone system while providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities include data entry, record-keeping, and clerical support, all crucial to the office's efficient operation.

• Assist visitors at the front desk with a warm welcome

• Operate multi-line phone systems to manage calls

• Perform data entry and maintain records accurately

• Address inquiries and resolve issues for visitors

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Familiarity with Word for Windows essential

• Experience dealing with the public in a reception role

• Ability to respect the individuality of residents

• Preferred: 1 year in a reception or administrative role
