As a Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, managing calls, and supporting various administrative tasks. Working closely with the Office Manager, you'll play a crucial role in upholding the organization's commitment to professionalism and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors, employees, and vendors
• Manage phone calls and relay messages efficiently
• Coordinate meeting arrangements and catering
• Handle mail, couriers, and inventory items
• Support office events and setup activities
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of reception or admin support experience
• Bilingual:
English and French
• College diploma or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and communication skills
• Valid Reliability Clearance required
