This role is essential for supporting the assigned business group within Rimkus. Candidates should be bilingual in French and English, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. In this position, you'll oversee various administrative tasks while ensuring deadlines are met and client relations are maintained effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Input incoming assignments into the company system accurately
• Communicate with consultants and the Conflict Check team
• Maintain office files per company procedures
• Support the District Manager and local management as needed
• Proofread and distribute outgoing documents
Requirements:
• Associate degree or higher preferred
• Minimum 3 years of administrative experience
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and technical databases
• Strong business writing and editing abilities
• Ability to manage confidential information
