Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee scheduling and maintenance of mobile and fabrication equipment

• Ensure compliance with safety inspections and audits

• Document and file maintenance work orders

• Manage training and onboarding for staff

• Track and report on employee training metrics
Requirements:

• Degree in operations, business, or similar field

• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
