The Executive Assistant is responsible for seamless executive support, maintaining schedules, preparing for meetings, and assisting in claims administration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver daily administrative support to three Executives
• Coordinate and facilitate meeting logistics and preparation
• Record meeting minutes and follow up on action items
• Assist with tracking insurance claims and supporting documentation
• Keep an accurate contracts register for effective management
Requirements:
• Administrative or executive support experience required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
• Attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential data
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including calendar management
