Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain confidentiality in administrative tasks
• Order and manage office supplies efficiently
• Format and edit technical letters and reports
• Respond to and manage phone calls and emails
• Provide hands-on support as needed
Requirements:
• Diploma in office administration or related field
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe programs
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Relevant experience as an administrative assistant
• Access to a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
