The Office Administrator, reporting to the Director of Finance, will assist with HR, payroll, and office supply coordination.
Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth daily operations, fostering a productive work environment, and supporting team activities with effective communication and meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule meetings and prepare essential documents
• Manage all incoming and outgoing mail and courier shipments
• Assist with onboarding processes for new employees
• Compile and review bi-weekly employee timesheets
• Maintain vehicle records and coordinate with vendors
Requirements:
• Diploma in Office Administration or Business Administration
• Two years of administrative support experience is required
• Payroll administration familiarity is advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
