You will work closely with program managers to manage staffing across programs efficiently. The role involves maintaining the UKG staffing system and generating timely reports, schedules, and rotations. Your familiarity with collective agreements will streamline the staffing process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage data entry in the UKG staffing system
• Liaise with managers about staffing changes
• Prepare and distribute vacation schedules
• Track staffing vacancies and follow up biweekly
• Assist with payroll error corrections and timecards
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum six months of computerized scheduling experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in English, bilingual preferred
