Be a key player at The Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre as a Scheduling Clerk. This part-time, temporary role focuses on staffing and data management in a flexible environment.
As a Scheduling Clerk, you will work closely with Program Managers to ensure optimal staffing across departments. Your responsibilities include managing the UKG scheduling system, producing vital reports, and ensuring effective communication related to staffing. Your detail-oriented approach and organizational skills will be crucial in maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Program Managers to ensure staffing levels
• Manage data entry in the UKG staff scheduling system
• Create reports and schedules that meet departmental requirements
• Oversee staffing requests and master schedule updates
• Work with vacation schedules and assist with staff orientation
Requirements:
• OSSD or an equivalent degree required
• Six months of experience in computerized scheduling
• Understanding of collective agreements related to scheduling
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of WHMIS and fire training is advantageous
