In this permanent, full-time role, you will assist in a variety of operational and administrative tasks designed to support the department's objectives. Your ability to demonstrate sound judgment and professionalism is crucial for maintaining confidentiality while meeting ever-changing priorities. Collaboration and independent work will both play significant roles in your daily responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and execute administrative tasks for the Vice-President
• Provide committee support and take formal meeting minutes
• Assist in project management activities as needed
• Maintain high professionalism and discretion in communication
• Support departmental operational goals and activities
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative roles
• Community college diploma in relevant fields
• Experience providing support to senior management
• Proficient in project coordination and management
• Excellent communication skills in both languages preferred
