The Medical Office Assistant is a vital contributor to the Integrated Health Services Program, delivering various administrative supports.
Your role will involve client interaction, appointment management, and medical record maintenance in a collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer support with reception and client appointment scheduling
• Respond to telephone inquiries professionally
• Maintain medical records and patient data accurately
• Assist diverse populations and clients in need
• Flexibly work across multiple reception areas
Requirements:
• High school diploma required; related certification is an asset
• Two to five years of healthcare clerical experience
• Advanced fluency in French and English required
• Experience with EMR systems is essential
• Strong organizational and communication skills
