Contribute to the Built Environment Solutions group at Rimkus as an Administrative Assistant. This role demands bilingual proficiency and a strong administrative skill set to support diverse office tasks.
Ideal candidates should have 3+ years of experience in an administrative environment and be fluent in both French and English. You'll be responsible for organizing office functions and supporting management while ensuring high standards of client communication and meticulous record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and track incoming assignments for the team
• Ensure timely opening of new matters and track statuses
• Assist in preparing client invoices and supporting documents
• Support regional team with general administrative tasks
• Participate in administrative meetings and calls
Requirements:
• Preferably an Associate degree or higher
• Minimum 3 years in an administrative capacity
• Excellent business writing and proofreading skills
• Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office and Share Point
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
