As the Branch Operations Coordinator, you will be integral to assisting the Senior Vice-President in achieving operational goals. The position requires 3 to 5 years of proven administrative support experience, a knack for research, and an ability to manage budgets effectively. Your expertise will be vital to the success and organization of branch communications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily requirements for operational branch activities
• Prepare and control operational documentation for reference
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with proper documentation
• Facilitate communication between SCC executives and others
• Produce analytical reports summarizing branch performance
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline
• 3 to 5 years of experience in administrative roles
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
• Capable of multitasking and prioritizing under pressure
