Become an integral part of Huawei Canada as an Administrative Assistant on a 12-month contract. This position focuses on facilities coordination, office management, and ensuring seamless operations.
The Quality & Operation Department at Huawei is seeking an Administrative Assistant.
Your role will encompass facilities management, coordinating shipping, and executing office logistics for smooth operations. You'll work closely with various departments to ensure their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage office space planning and facilities maintenance
• Support relocation and staff movement initiatives
• Coordinate the handling of shipments and mail
• Assist in the management of visitor access and new hire procedures
• Maintain office supply orders and operational support
Requirements:
• Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years in office administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Highly organized with a focus on detail
