Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient crew scheduling according to regulations

• Track and resolve flight delays with contingency plans

• Maintain accuracy in the AIMS database

• Arrange crew transportation and accommodations

• Support expense processing for scheduling operations

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent work background

• Minimum 2 years in aviation scheduling

• Familiarity with aviation regulations

• Ability to work flexible hours

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications
