In this position, you will be the first point of contact for visitors at our retirement residences. Your primary responsibilities will include answering calls, directing inquiries, and maintaining an organized reception area. You will also handle mail, schedule meetings, and assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls and address inquiries professionally
• Greet and assist visitors with their needs
• Sort and manage internal and external mail
• Schedule and organize meeting room bookings
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked reception area
Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous reception experience is a plus
• Professional telephone manner is essential
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
