You will report directly to the National Director for the Government of Canada Workplace Charitable Campaign (GCWCC). The Campaign Administrator will provide crucial administrative support, coordinate meetings, and enhance communication with diverse stakeholders. Your expertise will help ensure timely reporting on campaign results while working alongside dedicated campaign managers and volunteers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in stakeholder relationship management for the campaign
• Plan meetings and prepare documentation efficiently
• Oversee national results reporting through the online tool
• Provide general administrative support for scheduling
• Produce reports and documents to meet campaign timelines
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree or college diploma in administration
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Bilingual in French and English, excellent communication
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
