As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the operations of church ministries. Your expertise will be leveraged in finance, bookkeeping, data management, and communication across various platforms. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily finance and bookkeeping tasks

• Schedule and prepare for meetings with staff and volunteers

• Develop presentations and communication materials

• Maintain accurate employee and financial reports

• Support the preparation of community outreach documents

Requirements:

• Three years of prior experience in administrative roles

• Diploma or certificate in Business Administration preferred

• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency required

• Valid Ontario Class “G” Driver's License necessary

• Knowledge of database software is advantageous
