Under the Mess Manager's guidance, the Administrative Assistant provides vital administrative support to enhance the operations of CFMWS.

Your role encompasses tasks such as record keeping, creating reports, and facilitating booking and payments for events. This is an excellent opportunity for meticulous individuals with a passion for supporting Canadian Armed Forces members and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with data entry and record management

• Type and process membership correspondence accurately

• Manage reservations and collect payments for events

• Compile reports and create presentations as needed

• Distribute and manage posting gifts for members

Requirements:

• High school diploma with several years in administration

• Experience in office administration and records management

• Proficient in basic accounting practices

• Competent in organizing meetings and schedules

• Strong communication skills and teamwork experience
