Key Responsibilities:

• Input project information into databases for setup

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports

• Collect and verify vendor qualifications for activation

• Execute purchase order processes and reconciliations

• Manage project close-out documentation and invoice payments

Requirements:

• Community college diploma in related field

• 1 to 3 years of administrative or project administration experience

• Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Project and Excel

• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills

• Interest in pursuing Project Management Institute Accreditation
