Data Clerk/Proposal Coordinator Assistant
Contract Period: Now until mid-November
Description:
IBISKA has a current need for temporary help services to provide additional support to our Proposal Coordinator team. IBISKA's business environment is service oriented, collaborative, team focused and fast paced. We are looking for a dynamic and dependable individual with experience in office administration work to perform or contribute to the following areas:
Role and Responsibilities- Database update/cleanup/data entry: update and enter data to our CRM database per information received through various teams;
- Work with documents in MS Word, MS Excel (must have some experience to successfully perform basic format/editing duties);
- Direct support to the Proposal Response team.
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative support or customer service role
- Strong attention to detail;
- Proficiency in the use of software, including MS Office tools (Word, Excel);
- Experience working and collaborating as part of a small team;
- Excellent people and communications skills;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Excellent attendance record;
- Must be eligible to obtain a Government of Canada Security Clearance.
- 8:30am to 5:00pm (Monday to Friday)
- 1 hour lunch break
- Onsite 5 days/week
- $20.00 to $22.00
