In this 4-month term located at CNL's Chalk River site, first-year students enrolled in Information Management, Archives, or similar disciplines can gain valuable insights. This role encompasses processing records, creating user-friendly indexes, and maintaining inventory, all vital for preserving corporate information. Collaborating with your team will ensure you gain a diverse skill set in records management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and process physical records for better management

• Create and maintain effective indexes for information retrieval

• Prepare records for storage in compliance with safety standards

• Maintain organization of the storage area

• Assist in preserving special media and historical documents

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a related post-secondary program

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently while managing tasks
