As an Administrative Associate, you will be an essential part of our Ottawa office. With up to 70% of your work week remote, your organizational skills will help streamline operations and enhance client interactions. Experience balanced work-life while contributing to better healthcare outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct incoming calls and inform clients about services
• Serve as the first point of contact in the office
• Manage appointment schedules to reduce cancellations
• Enter client data, manage charges, and process payments
• Perform administrative support and general office duties
Requirements:
• 1 to 2 years in a reception or customer service role
• Post-secondary education in medical office/business administration is an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Creative problem-solving abilities
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset
