Project Coordinator CRM Administration

Coordinate project documentation and CRM updates at AMBICO, supporting accurate execution through strong organization and communication. This normally in-office role connects departments throughout project life cycles.

Reporting to the Director, Customer Relationship Management, the Project Coordinator supports Project Management with administrative, coordination, and process-driven activities. You will maintain records, track samples and approvals, update milestones, and support customer communication. The position also develops technical, system, and process knowledge for progression into Project Manager responsibilities.

• Maintain project documentation, job files, and required records
• Track customer samples, approvals, follow-ups, and documentation
• Update milestones, status, and notes in CRM systems
• Identify conflicting information and elevate issues appropriately
• Prepare draft customer correspondence aligned with commitments

• College diploma in Office Administration or equivalent training
• At least three years in administrative support
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Word and Excel software applications
• Strong organization, initiative, and problem-solving ability
