Support family medicine clinic operations in Waterloo through strong workflow knowledge, scheduling coordination, and EMR technology support. This six-month contract covers a temporary leave.
Central KW FHO seeks an experienced, organized, tech-savvy Clinic Operations Coordinator. The successful candidate brings strong family medicine office experience, works independently with minimal training, and understands established clinic workflows. The position includes guiding junior staff through processes and procedures while supporting day-to-day administration.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate clinic operations and established workflows
- Guide and train junior staff
- Support family medicine processes and procedures
- Manage scheduling and coordination activities
- Provide billing, administration, and EMR support
- Experience in family medicine office settings
- Organized and tech-savvy approach to clinic coordination
- Ability to work independently with minimal training
- Understanding of family medicine workflows
- Ability to guide junior staff effectively
