Part-Time Senior Living Receptionist

Support residents and visitors as a part-time Receptionist at Astoria Senior Apartments in Ottawa, using polished telephone and communication skills. Work hours are 8 AM to 4 PM.

Reporting to on-site Management, you will answer incoming calls, greet visitors, and respond to inquiries professionally. The role includes mail handling, meeting bookings, phone lists, reception organization, and administrative support. Previous reception experience is an asset.

• Redirect calls and take clear, concise messages
• Greet, assist, and direct all visitors
• Sort internal mail and manage external mailing
• Arrange meeting rooms, courier pickups, and reception support

• Above-average interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional, polished telephone manner
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
• Highly organized and detail-focused approach
• Microsoft Office expertise, including Word and Excel
