Senior Living Office Manager

Lead office administration at Cogir Senior Living while managing resident service, accounting functions, and reception in a retirement residence.

As Office Manager, you will support retirement residence operations through resident engagement, records management, accounting, scheduling, and team guidance. You will maintain administrative compliance while helping deliver an exceptional living experience for residents. The role requires flexibility within a 24/7 operation.

• Engage residents and address their needs and concerns
• Maintain accurate, current resident records
• Process accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and benefits
• Oversee receptionists and provide training and guidance
• Ensure administrative processes meet compliance standards

• Minimum two years of administrative office experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
• Customer service, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Financial management and attention to detail
• Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain one
