Diagnostic Imaging Scheduling Clerk

Use computerised scheduling and bilingual communication as a Multidisciplinary Clerk at HGH Main Campus in Hawkesbury, Ontario. This temporary role is part-time.

The clerk books appointments through the central computerised system and keeps patient records current. You will provide examination preparation information while supporting organized administrative management. The position also supports communication among care team members and patient care.

• Book appointments for clinics and doctors
• Update records using the central computerised system
• Provide examination preparation information to patients
• Complete admission paperwork and compile routine report data
• Protect confidential information throughout administrative processes

• High School diploma
• Computer knowledge and telephone work experience
• Bilingual verbal and written communication in English and French
• Strong interpersonal skills and stress management capacity
• Good attendance record and positive attitude aligned with HGH values
