National Sales Leadership Coordinator

Coordinate national sales leadership for Manulife in Waterloo, using advanced administration, calendar management, and stakeholder coordination in a hybrid work arrangement.

This coordinator supports multiple AVP Sales Leaders with national responsibilities across Canada. The work centers on complex priorities, changing calendars, travel, expenses, correspondence, budgets, and leadership communications. Sound judgment, discretion, accuracy, and proactive follow-through support effective operations.

• Provide administrative support to multiple AVP Sales Leaders
• Manage complex calendars across Canadian time zones
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
• Prepare expenses and maintain supporting documentation
• Track commitments, decisions, and leadership action items

• College or associate's degree or equivalent
• Two or more years of related administrative assistant experience
• Strong planning, coordination, prioritization, and follow-through skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, Concur, and Workday
• Strong communication skills with senior officers and representatives
