Sales Administration Specialist GTA

Support Mattamy Homes Canada’s GTA sales office with precise APS administration, purchaser documentation, and agreement processing on a rotating five-day schedule.

As a Sales Administration Specialist, you will prepare, review, and process Agreements of Purchase and Sale for new home communities. You will manage amendments, waivers, schedules, upgrades, incentives, deposits, and purchaser information. The position requires careful coordination with Sales Consultants, management, legal counsel, purchasers, and lawyers while maintaining organized records and confidentiality.

• Prepare APS agreements, amendments, waivers, and related documentation
• Review executed agreements for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Track conditions, firm dates, cancellations, deposits, and signatures
• Coordinate corrections with sales, management, and legal counsel
• Generate sales activity and pending conditions reports

• Two or more years in customer service or sales administration
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Microsoft Office and CRM or database proficiency
• Flexibility for evenings and Saturday or Sunday coverage
