We are seeking an experienced Automotive Mechanic to join our team, focusing on repairing and maintaining various automotive systems. This role requires strong technical skills and teamwork.
As an Automotive Mechanic, you will need 3 to 5 years of direct experience at our physical location. Your daily tasks will include testing automotive components, performing scheduled maintenance, and updating work orders. You will play a critical role in advising customers on repair needs based on your diagnostics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Test and adjust mechanical units and electronic systems
• Perform regular maintenance and repair as required
• Coach and mentor apprentices in your expertise
• Communicate work performed effectively to customers
• Complete reports accurately to document service
Requirements:
• 3 to less than 5 years of experience in the field
• 1-2 year certification in automotive technology
• Relevant trade certifications required
• Ability to diagnose circuit and system faults
• Strong written communication and reporting skills
