Assured Automotive is looking for a Process Trainer experienced in collision repair to enhance training effectiveness across its facilities. You’ll work with Market and General Managers to coordinate coaching plans that improve performance metrics. The role requires excellent communication skills to convey successes and address training gaps.
Key Responsibilities:
• Train Customer Service Representatives on operational best practices
• Conduct audits and present findings to market leaders
• Support market compliance with Direct Repair Programs
• Collaborate in onboarding new customer service and parts staff
• Monitor and manage customer follow-up processes
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in a related field
• Preferred post-secondary education
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License
• Familiar with accounting practices and Google Suite
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
