Carling Motors is looking for a Licensed Automotive Technician to join our expert team! We have been serving the Ottawa area for over 60 years and are known for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a community-first approach. As a technician, you’ll have the potential to earn up to $38/hour based on experience. We are offering up to a $5000 signing bonus with this position upon hire.

• Examine vehicles based on customer requests or concerns
• Perform basic maintenance, including changing motor oil, rotating tires, installing tires, and checking fluid levels
• Identify mechanical problems
• Perform repairs thoroughly and accurately in a time-effective manner.
• Ensure customer satisfaction at all times with skilled cleanliness and procedures when customer vehicles are entering and/or exiting the shop.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain shop condition to professional standard.
• Follow Health and Safety Guidelines
• Have a positive attitude and promote a healthy work environment.

• Licensed Automotive Technician
• An energetic team player with a passion to fix it right the first time.
• High school graduate or equivalent
• 3 years’ experience would be an asset
• Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
