Come join our team as a Tower Operator.

• Work with technicians, department managers, and senior management to oversee and maintain the efficient operations of the shop.
• Communicate any suggestions with the Service Manager to improve ability of meeting and exceeding service targets.
• Pay close attention to technician work performance to bring any concerns to the Service Manager.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high-volume environment, while remaining positive.
• Assign and remove work to and from Technicians.
• Regulate flow of Service work through department.
• Schedule shop work as efficiently as possible.
• Monitor the overall productivity of shop, number of production hours billed and efficiency.
• Follow all company and manufacturers’ policies, directives, and procedures.
• Comply with required health and safety regulations.

• Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.

$50,000 to $55,000 + bonus
