This role focuses on initiating automotive services and facilitating communication between customers and technicians. You will collaborate with the Auto Service Manager to ensure a high standard of service, understand customer needs, and manage automotive repairs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and needs
• Provide accurate repair estimates
• Schedule and track automotive service appointments
• Ensure professional management of work orders
• Review and explain service contracts to customers
Requirements:
• Must hold a valid provincial driver's license
• Ability to stay professional in challenging situations
