Position: Fixed Operations Manager (Orangeville Honda)
Orangeville Honda is looking for a  Fixed Operations Manager  to add to their team in Orangeville.

The  Fixed Operations Manager  is responsible for overseeing the service and parts department, managing multiple departments’ efficiency, and ensuring overall performance within quality, cost and profitability objectives. The role requires a proactive interest in training and developing the Fixed Operations team.

Orangeville Honda is part of The Humberview Group, a leading automotive dealer group in Ontario. The organization represents 5000 vehicles across 20 stores and 18 brands and is recognized as a Canada’s Best Managed Company for 2024 and 2025.

Pay
Base salary plus bonus, ranging from $100,000 to $150,000 a year.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain good relationships with customers and exceed expectations.

Answer customers’ technical questions regarding vehicle problems, warranties, services and repairs.

Develop job descriptions, hire and train the Fixed Operations team.

Maintain a good relationship with the manufacturer.

Review and revise customer service orders and inspect the quality of technicians’ repairs.

Apply knowledge of new models, product improvements and technical service bulletins.

Relate warranty guidelines to service orders.

Develop and follow action plans to ensure Fixed Operations profitability.

Conduct trend analyses to evaluate technician productivity.

Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to Service and Parts team members.

Monitor workflow, minimize disruptions, and develop backup plans for illnesses, vacations and turnover.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous experience with CDK software.

Years of service and parts dealership management experience.

Computer proficiency; ability to present departmental functional specifications and enhance workflow.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Results‑oriented with full accountability and transparency.

Motivated to inspire customer enthusiasm and encourage departmental pride.

Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and workflow.
