Key Responsibilities:
• Advise customers on various vehicle parts
• Address inquiries and provide knowledgeable solutions
• Manage order placement and customer follow-ups
• Share product knowledge to recommend optimal parts
• Foster lasting customer relationships through service
Requirements:
• Superior customer service and communication abilities
• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs
• Diploma in automotive parts sales is an asset
• Bilingual in French and English is a plus
