We are seeking an Automotive Technician with at least one year of experience to effectively diagnose and repair vehicles according to Ford standards. This role involves clear communication with service advisors and the Parts Department, ensuring a streamlined repair process. Your contributions will help maintain our dealership's high service standards and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow factory standards for vehicle repairs
• Diagnose and recommend proper repairs
• Notify Service Advisor of additional work needed
• Accurately document all work done
• Conduct road tests to ensure issues are resolved
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of automotive repair experience
• Valid Driver's License is required
• Must possess a 310S technician license
• Understanding of local regulations on hazardous waste
• Commitment to ongoing factory training initiatives
