E INC seeks a Field Inspector to conduct thorough vehicle inspections and significantly impact customer satisfaction. Travel to various locations while generating detailed Condition Reports.
Your primary responsibility will include inspecting vehicles, evaluating their conditions for damage, and documenting your findings accurately. Building rapport with customers is essential to ensure their expectations are met, and a strong focus on detail will help maintain vehicle quality. This position demands compliance with safety standards in varied conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect assigned vehicles at dealerships or off-site locations
• Assess and report structural damage and mechanical issues
• Follow procedures for inspection documentation
• Engage with customers to enhance service experience
• Adhere to health and safety regulations during inspections
Requirements:
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean record
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• 1-3 years of automotive experience preferred
• Ability to resolve problems with creativity
• Focused on customer service and detail
