Become a skilled Collision Repair Technician focused on quality and efficiency. Your expertise will ensure vehicles are ready for delivery on time, using advanced repair techniques.
In this role, you will report to the Senior Body Shop General Manager and leverage your experience in automotive body repairs. Required capabilities include using hand and power tools for structural repairs, collaborating with team members, and strictly following manufacturer specifications. An emphasis on accountability and quality orientation is essential to meet repair deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute all repair tasks listed in the R/O
• Fill out and sign the QC checklist for vehicle movement
• Use manufacturer-recommended repair products
• Report additional damages identified during repairs
• Manage work assignments to meet production targets
Requirements:
• Automotive body repair diploma or equivalent
• 5-7 years experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and remain flexible
