Vast-Auto Distribution, part of O'Reilly Automotive, seeks a proactive Counter Clerk. In this role, you'll utilize your knowledge of automotive parts and systems to assist customers with locating the right products. Your expertise will enhance the overall store performance by delivering exceptional service and managing transactions accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers with prompt and courteous service
• Identify automotive parts based on vehicle specifications
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on catalog changes
• Assist with inventory management and merchandising tasks
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience in automotive customer service
• Proficient in POS and inventory management systems
• Valid driver’s license for deliveries (if required)
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
