We seek a customer-focused Parts Advisor to strengthen our Parts Department team. Ideal candidates have automotive parts experience, are organized, and excel in communication. You will assist various customers with parts inquiries and ensure they receive excellent service, while also managing our inventory effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts inquiries
• Identify correct parts using electronic parts catalogues
• Prepare quotes, process orders and returns accurately
• Organize and maintain parts inventory and staging areas
• Deliver parts to local repair facilities using a company vehicle
Requirements:
• Previous automotive parts experience preferred
• Strong understanding of automotive systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift parts up to 50 lbs
• Valid Ontario Class G Driver's Licence required
