Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries in person and over the phone
• Estimate costs and time for repairs accurately
• Schedule car appointments efficiently
• Act as a liaison between customers and technicians
• Complete and control the status of work orders
Requirements:
• Valid driver's license for the province of employment
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle high-stress situations professionally
