Carleton Place Ford is seeking a full-time Parts Advisor skilled in customer service and parts management. This position offers a salary range of $37,500–$44,000 plus performance-based incentives for additional earnings.
The Parts Advisor role is essential for supporting the Service Department and ensuring timely and accurate parts delivery to customers and technicians. Key Responsibilities:
• Identify parts needed by customers and technicians
• Efficiently process retail and wholesale orders
• Ensure timely parts preparation for service needs
• Manage inventory with accuracy and organization
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Competence in computer systems used in dealerships
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s Licence
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
