Engage in a vital role as a Tire Valet at Otto's Service Centre Ltd., where you'll manage tire storage, mounting, and balancing tasks professionally and efficiently.
As a Tire Valet, you will report to the Service Manager and contribute to the effective functioning of the service area by assisting with customer interactions and tire management. Daily tasks will include organizing tire spaces, helping technicians, and maintaining safety protocols on site. Your ability to greet customers and handle tasks effectively will be key.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate valet parking for clients’ vehicles
• Load and unload tires for storage operations
• Keep tire storage areas organized and accessible
• Balance new tires and support technician tasks
• Ensure cleanliness of the shop area
Requirements:
• Strong customer service orientation
• Professional appearance and mature driving skills
• Effective time management and priority setting
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
• Ability to perform independently in a team setting
