In this critical role, you will report to the Service Manager and drive departmental performance, focusing on service sales, workshop efficiency, and quality control. Your leadership will guide staff, ensuring the best in automotive service delivery, while also adhering to policies and fostering a supportive team environment. Experience in automotive service management is essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct weekly evaluations of service sales performance
• Ensure compliance with workshop procedure and repair quality
• Track open Work Orders and maintain up-to-date invoicing
• Facilitate daily analysis of vehicle repairs and service
• Lead weekly technician meetings for performance improvement
Requirements:
• Minimum five years of experience in automotive services
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• College certificate or university degree in related fields
• Dealership experience preferred
• Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office
